FIND Our Clinics in Central Oregon

We’re launching a new online medical records in the next few weeks, powered by EPIC Medical Systems.

In the coming weeks COPA patients will receive a personal email invitation to create a new account and profile in MyChart electronic medical records. We’re excited to provide the highest level of secure record systems available and look forward to the convenience and benefits the system will offer.

With MyChart you’ll be able to schedule appointments online, message your doctor, refill prescriptions, access and print your immunization records, follow up on lab results, read your post-visit medical report, fill out patient forms before you arrive, and pay your bill.

With MyChart your personal medical records are available for you to share with other providers like hospitals or surgeons, allowing for excellent coordinated care and the best medical treatments available.

As always, you can contact us with any questions you have regarding access to your medical records. For more information, call 541-389-6313.
