COPA Awarded Tier 3 Patient-Centered Primary Care Home Recognition

June 2014 - COPA received recognition from the State of Oregon as a Tier 3 Patient-Centered Primary Care Home. Clinics that achieve this award are known for their adherence to rigorous standards of medical care, putting the patient first in all that they do. This program is part of Oregon's efforts to fulfill a vision for better health care care at lower costs.

A Patient-Centered Primary Care Home is a health care clinic that has been recognized by the State for their commitment to patient-centered care. A PCPCH clinic will better coordinate your care to help get you the services you need, when you need them, listen to your concerns and answer your questions, offer after-hours help and alternatives to the emergency room and help you play an active role in your health.
