1/2  cup old fashioned rolled oats

1 tsp. chia seeds

pinch of salt

dash of ground cinnamon

dash of grated nutmeg

1/2 cup low fat milk

1/4 cup low fat plain greek yogurt

1/2 tsp. vanilla extract seeds scraped from 1/2 vanilla bean

1 ripe banana


1.  Mix ingredients well.

*Note: Add chopped nuts such as walnuts or pecans for serving Turbinado or brown sugar or serving.
