Wade Miller, MBA
Chief Executive Officer and Administrator
During his tenure at Central Oregon Pediatric Associates (COPA), Wade Miller and his leadership team have grown COPA to be the largest independent pediatric practice in Oregon, outside the Portland metro region. His focus is to provide top quality care for all children in the region by supporting the COPA doctors and their commitment to highest standards in pediatric medical care.
COPA works with all members of the community who provide support services to children and their families, requiring the coordination between Wade and the various regional groups. Recently, COPA expanded pediatric access to additional medical services by inviting fifteen pediatric specialists from outside our region to visit Bend regularly and use the COPA clinic to see their patients.
Wade has helped create more efficient relationships with insurance payers and community health providers by coordinating and cooperating in unique partnerships, resulting in more pediatric patients being served, playing a critical role in the overall health of children in the community.
He helps define COPA's role within the St. Charles Health System as integral to the health of the community's pediatric patients. COPA's expert pediatricians provide round-the-clock services for pediatric hospital care and visit newborns in the Birthing Center.
Wade is a also founding board member and President of Pediatric Foundation, a non-profit organization for children in Central Oregon which provides direct financial support to families who have a child with cancer and must travel to receive lifesaving treatments.
"I'm committed to do my part in providing top quality care for all children in the region by supporting the COPA doctors, our staff and their commitment to highest standards in pediatric medical care."
