Responsibilities include eagerly, energetically, professionally and joyfully welcoming our kids and families to their appointments; confirming account details, scheduling appointments, managing multiple priorities and answering a multi-line phone. We are seeking candidates who have experience in customer service, at least 2 years of medical office front desk background, office technology and equipment proficiencies (phone, fax, scanning, email) and can demonstrate their background in managing details while maintaining a service oriented strong performance.
The qualified candidate will possess the ability to navigate and meet the needs of our very busy Pediatric clinic while exercising excellent verbal and written communication talent.
