WHY CHOOSE COPA?
WE HAVE 17 EXPERIENCED PEDIATRIC PROVIDERS AND SPECIALISTS, A 24/7 NURSE ADVICE LINE, OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK WITH AFTER-HOURS CARE.
100% Pediatrics. 100% of the time.
Choosing a doctor for your child is an important decision. And, we're honored that more families choose for their child the pediatricians at COPA than all other doctors in the region combined.
Experts In Pediatric Care - We've learned, after almost 40 years in practice, that parents really trust us to understand the medical and developmental needs of their child.
Our pediatricians have specialized education, training and deep experience in caring for newborns, toddlers, children and teens. Children are not small adults, their bodies and minds are growing rapidly and they have special medical needs. Where some doctors have only seen a few cases of a particular illness or affliction, we've seen thousands. Our pediatricians stay up-to-date on the latest health care studies of children and make it their business to be experts in their field.
All COPA doctors are Board Certified by the American Academy of Pediatrics and many have additional certifications in specialties such as infectious disease, oncology and more.
With COPA, your family has a team of 17 expert pediatric providers who are available 7 days a week with extended hours and a 24/7 Nurse Advice line. COPA doctors also manage rounds in the children's ward at St. Charles Hospital and we're the on-call pediatric physicians for St. Charles Emergency Department.
Specialists - In fact, COPA is the largest pediatric practice in Oregon, outside of Portland, and we work with specialists from outside the region who come to our office regularly should a patient need their services. We also coordinate with other hospitals the care our patients need should they require specialized treatments at a children's hospital in Portland.
When your child is a patient at COPA, we've got them covered.
24-Hour Nurse Advice Line - 541-389-6313
Our experienced pediatric nurses are available for COPA patients at all hours of the day or night. Moms frequently call about their newborn. Dads may worry about a late night fever. Persistent pain in a child can be very scary. We will assess the situation, offer advice for a home remedy, and sometimes even refer you to the emergency room or ask that you come in for an exam. When you're worried, give us a call. Our nurses are there for you when you need them the most. That's why OB/GYN's refer more new moms to COPA than any other provider in the region.
3 Locations and After-Hours Care
Your family can choose from three convenient locations. The east Bend office is open until 8 p.m. on weekdays and 1 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Our west Bend and Redmond locations are open during regular business hours. And, while we're not a walk-in clinic, we do provide same day appointments for sick children. Just give us a call.
If you are considering a new doctor for your family, we'd love to meet you - call Kim Hansen to schedule your tour.
