Schedule of Well Child Care Visits
Well child visits are scheduled up to four months in advance. It is best to plan ahead so you are able to see the pediatrician of your choice.
Visits will include physical measurements and exam, patient history, sensory screenings, behavioral assessments, and planned procedures (immunizations, developmental screenings, anticipatory guidance and other tests) at the following suggested intervals:
- 2 weeks
- 6 weeks
- 3 1/2 months
- 6 months
- 9 months
- 12 months
- 18 months
- 2 years
- 3 1/2 years
- 5 years
- And then every 2-3 years thereafter for a health maintenance visit that includes a physical exam as well as a developmental, behavioral, and learning assessment.
